Here’s a great list of 45 different ways you can recycle, reuse, and re-purpose old wooden pallets that will otherwise end up in a landfill somewhere.

All 45 are extremely creative and awesome looking, but my personal favorites (since we are on the topic of survival and preparedness) are the off grid cabin, compost bin, wood shed, barn, vertical planter, and raised bed garden.

It’s much better to repurpose these pallets instead of calling your local junk removal company to come take them away and dispose of at the local dump.
