Finding The Ultimate Bug Out Property Or Survival Retreat

Questions you’ll want to ask yourself when searching:

1. is there freshwater nearby? This could be a river, lake or stream.
2. How are the taxes in this area? Is it cheap? Mostly raw land?
3. Are there any threats nearby? Factories or buildings that could impose danger inherently? Think radiation, or chemical contamination.
4. is there soil that is good for growing food?
5. How is the hunting or fishing (preferably both) nearby?
