For the last two months Americans have been lining up in unprecedented numbers at gun shops and gun shows across the country. In fact, demand has been so massive that the FBI’s background check system in a number of states crashed as a result of being overwhelmed. This article shares some staggering numbers that amount to Americans purchasing guns every 1.5 seconds. Ever since government vowed they would take massive action to take certain guns out of the hands of law abiding citizens in the wake of the “Sandy Hook” trajedy, demand for all kinds of firearms has been at an all time high. As you see in the picture above, it’s at a gun show and it’s packed to the gills. This is happening all over the country.
